RIGHT OF RETRACTION OR WITHDRAWAL

All timelines given in this paragraph means days FROM CALENDAR (non-working days).

In accordance with the provisions of law in force (DL 206/2005 Consumer Code) the Customer has 14 days from the receipt of the Product to exercise the right of retraction or withdrawal by the Seller, without having to justify the reasons, for exchange or refund, to condition that the Products are returned in their original packaging and In perfect condition, within 14 days after being notified of its decision of withdrawal.

The Purchaser is required to verify the status of the delivered Products. In the case of a package received with obvious defects (e.g., damaged, wet, or partially opened package), we recommend Buyer to accept the package from the courier, having the same affixed to the same the words “delivery with reservation.” The buyer has a period of 14 days from delivery to make any reservations or claims for nonconformity or Apparent defect of the delivered Products, with all relevant documents justification.

After this period has elapsed and in the absence of such formalities, the Products will be considered to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect and no claim can be validly accepted by the Vendor.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT TO RETRACTION OR WITHDRAWAL

The Purchaser may not exercise the Right of withdrawal in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including:

1. In case of purchase of clearly customized goods
2. In case of purchase of sealed goods that Are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons, such as. cosmetics, or related to health protection, which have been Opened after delivery.

Returned Products must not have been opened and/or used and must be returned in their condition original intact and complete with all materials attached.

PLEASE NOTE: will not be compensated in in any way and without exception, returned with packages that are even partially Open and/or damaged, with warranty seals removed.

To exercise the right to retraction or withdrawal, the Buyer has up to 14 days after receiving of your Order to inform Seller of your decision to retract the Order or withdraw from it, by e-mail addressed to. support@skeanbeauty.com indicating in the text: first and last name, number and date Of the order, description and quantity of the item(s) returned, and justification rendered.

Only after receiving confirmation from by the Seller about the receipt of the email, the Buyer must return the Product(s) in its original packaging(s), at its expense (ad exception of returns for damaged/defective goods or delivery errors) by and no later than 14 days after the communication email, to the following address:

If the 14-day time limit was on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, this limit will be extended until the first next working day.

If the Products are not returned within 14 days, the Order will be considered final and will not be Made any reimbursement. Products returned to the Seller with delay (i.e., sent after 14 days from the email communication) will NOT be returned to the Buyer, unless explicitly requested by the of the Buyer himself and with shipping costs borne by him.

If the above conditions are satisfied, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer all sums paid, in the As soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the email of request rendered and in any case always upon proven demonstration of the shipment by the Buyer.

The initial shipping costs of delivery are included in the refund, EXCEPT RETURN EXPENSES, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer, as dictated by law, with the exception of Of goods arriving to the Buyer damaged or with errors with respect to the Order entered. Only in this case, the Seller will also bear the costs of return shipment.
