You do skincare in the morning, you’re super careful about everything, and then maybe, a couple of times a week, you fall asleep on the couch without removing your makeup. This is absolutely the mistake we must avoid. Sleeping with makeup on can clog pores, inflame the skin barrier, dry out the skin, and aggravate acne (if we suffer from it).
Use a
gentle cleanser
and if you really get too sleepy and can’t do the full skincare, go to sleep. One evening will not ruin your efforts.
